We attend events of all kinds but some are that little bit more meaningful. Bloomers Wellbeing CIC are a new organisation that aim to support young people's mental health. This is a cause that is hugely close to our hearts and so we will be doing everything we can to help them, starting with an appearance at their festival, Bloomfest 25, in September. We're so excited to be involved in such an incredible event 😁

What an amazing group of kids, who were all super brave meeting all of the animals and asked some brilliant questions! And we think some of the adults may have enjoyed meeting the animals even more than the kids! 😆

We completely understand that a lot of people are scared of spiders, but that doesn't mean they deserve to die! Spiders are great for the environment, and help keep other bugs at bay! And letting children see you moving them, rather than harming them helps them to understand that they're not that scary!

Introducing the newest member of the J&S team, Zilla! 🦎

Zilla came to us from our favourite pet shop when we nipped in for decorations for some tank upgrades, she'd been found in their delivery of crickets, and all they knew about her was that she's some species of house gecko, and they wanted her to go to a loving home, so they asked if she could come home with us, and of course she did! 🥰

We believe Zilla is an Indo-Pacific House gecko, but until she grows a bit, we're really not sure! She's super tiny at the minute, barely an inch long, but super fast and inquisitive!

How cute is she?! We can't wait to watch her grow! 🦎
