A few days ago, we got a call at half 11 at night asking for help to capture what looked like a domestic rabbit roaming around Norton Common - Letchworth.
We searched for an hour with no sign and got a message to say a lady is sitting with it and that she will bring it to us.
To our amazement, the bunny was EXTREMELY tame and rather tiny.
I completed a quick health check, and he was overall very healthy, just cold, and wouldn't have survived the night with his temperature. We wrapped him up, drove him to Henlow's vets, and he is doing incredibly well.

Unfortunately, he has no microchip, and his parents still haven't come forward to claim him.

Please share far and wide to find his owners.

🐇 Male, 6 month old white rabbit with black ringed eyes.
🐇 Location found: Letchworth, Norton Common
🐇 Safe at: for the next 4 days before he goes to a rescue centre for rehoming. Currently awaiting owners, if found.

⛈️ ⚠️ STORM AMY ⚠️ ⛈️

🦔 Hedgehogs are at great risk due to the storm destroying nests - and there are definitely mums with hoglets around.

🦔 If you see any hedgehogs no matter what size out during the day , they will be wet , cold ( hypothermic) and desperately need help.
🦔 Please scoop them up and put in a high sided box with towels and heat source such as warmed hot water bottles and ring your nearest rescue for help.
⚠️ Don't feed but offer fresh water in a bowl - don't try force the water into Hedgehog as they could well be too cold to do anything.
⚠️ It's vital any Hedgehog seen out during the day gets to a rescue as fast as possible as they have the equipment ( incubator)and knowledge to help .

Hi everyone, as some of you may know I was expecting a baby and went on Maternity leave a few weeks before our daughter was due. She is here and currently 5 weeks old and I am enjoying every moment of being a mummy to our beautiful daughter. Loving being in a baby bubble still. But just wanted to pop on and say Hi and introduce our newest family member. I will be back in a couple of months to help with anything animal related.
But for now please contact The Four Paws Agency who is a friend of mine who I work with the rehoming and if its an emergency she will be able to message me.

I hope everyone and their fur babies are doing amazing and look forward to catching up once I am back ❤️❤️
