So I’d like to just let you all know on top of my already hectic life 😂I shall be moving this Saturday so emails and meet and greets will not be answered until the following week once internet is fully restored 🏠
This will not effect bookings already made with deposits paid so please bare with me while I get organized and see you all on the other side 🐈

Please note that from the 1st of July my office hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday
These are the hours I will be taking bookings and unfortunately any enquiry after this will be answered the next working day.
As I work 7 days a week I need my down time too , calling or messaging at 11pm is not acceptable and happens to often!! please note these are not my working hours so those customers that are booked I’m on the road 7 till 7
I will only answer booked customers after 5 pm if it’s an emergency
To Booked customers please note I can’t give specific times of visits do to routes traffic etc but do aim to see all morning calls before 10am and evening before 7pm

Afternoon all please bear with me for a few weeks I have a lot going on but rest assured when it comes to my lovely furry friends everything remains the same .
Meet and greets however are a little different to save a bit of time as I’m very booked up.
If you are new please could you add your email to your message or email me at [email protected]
At this point I will send you some forms to read and fill in ready for me to collect at this point ,at the meet and greet if you decided to go ahead a non refundable £20 must be paid to confirm you place in my diary ,I don’t deem this unreasonable.
Also Please Please give good instructions as to where you are and add a telephone number so if I can’t find you I can call,Sadly twice this week iv been out searching only to find know one home please remember it’s my fuel from where I maybe to where you are not to mention free time 😊
For those iv not emailed back don’t panic I will in due course I’m just catching up on paperwork hopefully it will be done soon

Please remember this and don’t take your dogs out on the pavement and keep them in the shade with plenty of water the temp drops quick in the evening a perfect time for a walk

I’m asking if my customers would kindly email me with dates and requirements if possible it makes it a bit easier to keep an eye on all the information I need and hold it all in one place.
I’m happy for you to make initial contact with what’s easier but going forward I can keep all required paperwork etc on email.
