Dear valued customers,

I hope that this email finds you fit and well and that you are in good spirit despite the last few months. Finally there appears to be light at the end of the tunnel as we see customers starting to board their animals with us again.

As part of our COVID 19 procedures you will find that the electric gates are closed but that we are still open for business.

In order for us to plan ahead please would you send us an email to confirm that you are coming in if you have a booking within the next few weeks. This will enable us to calculate the number of staff needed when reutilising furloughed staff. It is a government requirement that un-furloughed staff be utilised for a minimum of 3 weeks so customers cancelling last minute or not turning up leave us overstaffed and under-funded. We will arrange a time for you to come in to ensure that we do not have too many customers on site at the same time. If you are waiting at the gates please ensure that you leave space for cars leaving and wait for them to exit before coming in. Pawprints on the drive mark two metre distancing. Similar to supermarkets only one person can bring in and collect pets. We cannot accept scratch posts, or blankets during this time.

Customers are requested only enter by the front door and exit by the side door of reception in order to avoid breaching safe distancing. Only one customer can be in reception at any time. A perspex screen has been fitted at the serving desk to protect customers and staff and there are hand sanitisers available for customers and staff alike. Please can customers bring their own pens.

Dogs which are being collected from the kennels will be tethered to retaining hooks outside reception in order that customers can retrieve them while maintaining safe distancing. Dogs which are coming in will be put in a holding pen by Reception by the owners and will be collected by our staff. Cats and small animals in their carriers are to be placed on the floor and retrieved by staff while maintain safe distancing.

As it will take longer to book animals in and out it will help greatly if you would sign the boarding contract and fill in the checking in form in advance. We generally have someone manning the phones around 10am, 12 noon and 6pm so if you can phone through your payments it will also help with the queues. All telephone messages will be returned by the end of the day. We thank you for your patience and understanding at this difficult time

Looking forward to seeing you all again. It’s not been the same without our furry and hairy friends

Kind regards

Lindsey and Kelvin

Hello everyone,
I hope you are all well and staying safe.
Tomorrow we will be ordering pet foods (dry, wet, and frozen) cat litter and toys etc, for some of our customers, and would like to offer everyone the opportunity to get supplies they may be having trouble obtaining due to stores closing or low stocks.
To order from us please call 01902 893 495 during our opening hours to discuss the range we can supply.
All payments will be made over the phone and collections by appointment only, to make sure government guidelines are being followed carefully.
We hope we can help you.

Please keep your families and furries safe.

Hello everyone,
After our last update we have had a wonderful response from you, offering encouragement, support and showing gratitude for us as a team.
It means the world to us that you are so understanding of the current situation we and many other people are in.
We have received messages and emails, and even a card today which has really given the team a boost to keep us going.
It's so important to be kind, and we are blessed to have some of the most amazing customers.
Thank you. We look forward to seeing you all in good health once we, as a country, have battled this virus.

Our main gates are now closed and we ask that our customers adhere to the government guidelines. If you are collecting from us or arriving, it is by appointment only please give us a call so we can arrange times.
