🐾POLITE NOTICE🐾

We need a minimum of 24hrs notice if you need to cancel/amend your appointment. This gives us sufficient time to fill the appointment slot.
Giving less than 24 hours notice you will be asked to pay half of your groom slot you missed to secure future appointment!

When I have a no show it results in a loss of earnings at the end of the week & it simply isn’t fair as I also have bills to pay.
If you cannot attend your appointment please just let us know and we can try to fill the appointment slot, We are very accommodating and understand that life happens but to just not show up may result in refusal of future appointments if this happens more than twice.

Also if you are 15 minutes or more late I will need to reschedule your appointment as I have other dogs booked in during the day.

I will be bringing in deposits to secure any future appointments next year but will notify when I have set this up
