It is so easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle, but some encounters can remind us to pause and appreciate the small things. Seeing some beautiful dragonflies on a day out was a perfect moment of mindfulness. It is these little pockets of wonder that truly can make a particular experience extra special.

We are going to be at this Summer Festival on Saturday to take part in celebrating Northants SEND Mummas' first anniversary. They are an awesome group offering important support and activities for SEN parents and carers. Come along for a fun day out. It was a hot day, but so many people still came along to yesterday's event organised by Home-Start Kettering Area. We got to chat to lots, including a lengthy conversation with Ben, our Mayor of Kettering. It was very exciting as we discussed some potential future canine projects, let's see what we can put together. 🤗🐶

Alfie had an amazing time at Dock Diving UK, he was really getting the hang of the concept during his first ever session. He loved the experience, and did not want to go home. We will definitely be back for more splashes.
