It’s not just fox hunts the kill foxes.

Often hunters will even brag of a night shooting foxes or suggest that more foxes would be killed if they weren’t hunted with hounds.
This obviously contradicts the claim to be only β€œhunting trails” not foxes.

Shooting estates will often leave bait for the unsuspecting fox to stumble into a snare or a cage.

This attitude ignores the fact that foxes are mainly beneficial as they predate other species. It also neglects the fact that fox populations are self regulating and the newly vacant territory will be taken over by other foxes.

Unfortunately some people still get a perverse thrill from taking the life of another sentient being.

We have received a report that today activists were detained by police for disrupting a pheasant shoot on the site designated for Vegan Camp out.

On Monday 23rd December – a time of supposed peace and good will – hunt sabs were confronted with the horrific reality of hunting at the Suffolk-based Thurlow Hunt.
