Herne Bay Pet Shop is a long established, independent business located in the heart of Herne Bay. Our friendly team - Rob, Sarah, Amy, Clare, Lara, Kiera, and Annabelle - own a variety of animals so can offer help and advice backed up by personal experience. We offer a free local door-to-door delivery service covering Herne Bay and the surrounding areas from Reculver to Whitstable, Canterbury and

everywhere in-between! In stock there is always a wide range of products catering for all sorts of pets including dogs, cats, cage birds, chickens, fish or small "furries" such as rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, ferrets or chinchillas. We also have a large section dedicated to feeding wildlife - birds, ducks and hedgehogs. We are passionate about providing a great service at good value to all of our customers and their pets. Canaries enjoying something new in their aviary!
This hanging ring treat is perfect for budgies, canaries, and finches to nibble on. Made with a mixture of seeds and dried tropical fruits.

Sunday was a long day, but a useful one as two of the team travelled up to Birmingham to visit patstradeshow at the NEC.
We stopped at and spoke to a number of suppliers and manufacturers, and came away with ideas of new products to bring in to our range… 👀

Reptile livefood restocked.

We have a small reptile section with three sizes of locusts, along with mealworms, morio worms and waxworms.
More unusual things, like cockroaches, can be ordered on request 😮

We are a family run business managed by husband and wife team Rob and Sarah (with the "help" of our 9yr old son Ed). We are also assisted during the week by our team - Amy, Sara and Jasmin. Since taking over the business in early 2017 we have worked hard to develop the business' offering to ensure we continue to be a one-stop shop for most pets' needs. We run a free local door-to-door delivery service covering Herne Bay and the surrounding areas from Reculver to Whitstable and everywhere in-between! In stock there is always a wide range of products catering for all sorts of pets. Whether you have dogs, cats, cage birds, fish or small "furries" such as rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, ferrets or chinchillas we have something for you. In addition one section of the shop is dedicated to wildbird, ducks and hedgehogs with many varieties of food on offer.
