Feeling very annoyed!! Please if you are not coming for your appointment that you booked, and then recieved a confirmation email for , and then had a reminder email 48 hours before your appointment, at least have the decency to communicate that your not coming!! Being self employed is no joke nowadays, any one will tell you that its tough , its sometimes stressful, its long hours and sometimes times not time spent with your family or not going to events or arriving late because your working and have commitments to customers . JUST because I dont show you that , doesn't mean its not there.
So in the first month of the year I have lost over £400 due to people not showing / late cancellations that would be almost £5000 a year.
Please bare in mind how that affects my income over a yearly basis. I care about all my clients and woofies and I take our relationship seriously. All I ask is that you do the same and let me know whats going on if your not coming to a booked appointment.
Most clients are amazing and for that im very thankful . But to the few that just forget.....please set a reminder in your phone , calender or diary.

Please read below about weather over thursday /friday . I hope this will not affect appointments on Friday and Saturday but if it is bad snow please understand I may need to change appointments to another day , for reasons of safety for you and myself travelling. ❤️

WEATHER WARNING - HEAVY SNOW ⚠️ | A deep area of low pressure will move across the south of the UK during Thursday and into Friday bringing a mixture of rain, snow and strong winds.

From Met Office:

A spell of heavy snow is likely to develop over higher ground in south Wales later on Thursday before rain turns to snow more widely over parts of England and Wales during Thursday night.

In some areas, 5-10 cm of snow may settle with the potential for up to 20 cm in some locations, especially over higher ground.

Strong winds may lead to some drifting of snow. Rain and snow will then clear eastwards during Friday.

This system has been named by Meteo France as the strongest winds associated with Storm Goretti are most likely over northern France.
