Less than a week to our show.
I need to know which days people are coming if only one day. I know some of you told me but I can't remember. I need this information for the rotas.
I need to know who is eating on the Friday night for the caterers.

Catering at the show is by Urban Outdoor Caterers again. This is the 3rd year we have used them and they are brilliant.
Helpers will have a £5 voucher towards breakfast and lunch Saturday and Sunday and members who are camping and who have helped to set up for the next day will have a £5 voucher towards their meal on Saturday night.
There is free tea, coffee and squash in the secretaries tent, please bring your own mug.
Friday evening for those of you that are camping, the caterers will be open from 5-8pm
There is a limited menu but I can highly recommend the fish and chips.
If possible it would be nice to eat together.
To give the caterers an idea of numbers please pre order here if you want a meal to guarantee they have enough.

Friday Menu
Fish and chips £10
Curry sauce or mushy peas £1.50
Jumbo Sausage and chips £6.00
There may be burger and chips if requested.
