After all the fun of their (almost) 1st birthday meet on Saturday, Pepper decided to follow suit with her 3 sisters and came into season yesterday! She is the last of the girls from her litter.

Washable pants on their way and now to make sure Boris isn’t left unattended with her, as we know what a naughty boy he is..!! 🐾🧡

Pepper 🐾🧡 is on the way to see her brothers and sisters for their first birthday get together! We can’t wait to see Indie, Bonnie, Walter & Nico. Sadly it’s a bit far for Delilah and her beautiful sister Bella to join us so we plan to visit them really soon to ensure we stay in touch with our almost keeper! 🐾❤️

This weekend just gone saw Pepper and the pups turn 27 weeks old! They will always be my canine babies and I’m loving the updates, visits and cuddles that I’m privileged enough to be receiving! Pepper 🐾🧡 visited the De Koffie Pot with Lee and I yesterday (Sunday) and did well minding her own business when other dogs were strolling round the place! Still room for improvement in terms of her nervous yapping but I’m confident we’ll get there. Today we had a wonderful update from Delilah’s 🐾❤️ new family who shared pictures, videos and a summary of how well she’s settled in. My heart bursts with happiness for her and while I’m still missing her so, so much, I know that she is loved and living a wonderful life with her new sister, Bella, and that means the world to me! Seeing Indie 🐾💖 Walter 🐾💙 and Nico 🐾💛 this past week had been wonderful and I just know that Bonnie 🐾💙 will be having so much fun with her family right now. Sometimes it’s important to reflect on the things that make us smile and thinking about the journey that Gracie & Boris’ pups are on is definitely something that makes me happy 😊 It’s back to work for me tomorrow 😢 but the pups still have the rest of the Butler clan to keep them occupied! I think it’s high time for me to give up this working malarkey and stay at home with my pups for good! 😉 To finish off with, here’s a few picture of the Butler pups, during and after their walk tonight! 🙈😂

On International Dog Day, it would be sheer madness if I didn’t make a post about these 3! 🐾💜🐾💙🐾🧡🐾 They’re the love of our lives and we just adore everything about them! Gracie, Boris and Pepper, you really are the most wonderful pooches we could ask for.
Of course, there are a number of others who we feel the same love for, as you already know! Delilah 🐾❤️, Nico 🐾💛, Walter 🐾💙, Indie 🐾💖 and Bonnie 🐾💙, we think you’re pretty awesome, too! It’s been so lovely seeing some of the pups this week, as well as their owners 😉 - we feel blessed to call you our friends. Getting to keep in touch with you and watch the puppies grow is such a privilege…thank you from the bottom of our hearts
Tomorrow marks the first whole week that Delilah has spent with her new family, too! We hope she’s settling in well and enjoying her new life up in Yorkshire 🥰 From the updates we’ve received so far, she certainly looks content in her new surroundings, which is everything we could wish for. Until tomorrow, for the obligatory weekly update…!! Night night x

Gracie 🐾💜 & Boris 🐾💙 are smelling beautifully and looking divine after a lovely groom with Teds Trims ☺️
In a few weeks, Pepper 🐾🧡 will get her pamper session and no doubt she will look and smell just as good! Thank you to the lovely Yazmine for doing such a great job with them (the bows lasted a couple of minutes, Yaz, before they were scratched off!) 🙄😂

This weekend saw the pups turn 6 months old and what a weekend it’s been! Although our hearts break a little (well, maybe a lot!) we are also so pleased that our most beautiful Delilah 🐾❤️ has found her forever home with a wonderful family who, amongst the many animals on their small holding, also have a 2 year old labradoodle for her to play and have fun with. Waving goodbye is never easy, so we hope that we will stay in touch with Delilah’s new family as we do with the rest of our puppy families 🥰 And on that note..!! We ended the day by making an impromptu visit to see Walter 🐾💙 and Nico 🐾💛 (and of course their most wonderful owners!) which really did cheer us all up! For now, for the Butlers, it’s a case of 3 being the magic number and we hope that Pepper 🐾🧡 doesn’t miss her sister too much in the coming days. Lots of fuss and treats for them all should help, though 😉 Night night for now x

A day late posting but these little rascals are now 24 weeks old! 🥰
The pups had a great time at puppy training on Saturday, impressing the trainer with their ability to keep their front paws on the stool while moving around at human mum/dad’s heel. We really are so proud of these little puppers! Delilah 🐾❤️ is not as motivate by food as Pepper 🐾🧡 is, but thats not to say that she won’t conform for the trade of a high value snack! Both pups now wait at our feet in the morning, as their dad has done for quite some time, waiting for a handful of cheerios or cornflakes 🙄 (we can thank human Dad for this!!) I hope you enjoy the photo updates and please remember to share Delilah’s details with anyone suitable as a forever home for her - albeit they will need to be very, very good! ☺️

Today we managed the ‘sit, stay, smile for the camera’ command ☺️ Walking them together on my own today and there were some magic moments of tandem loose-lead walking, combined with a more than equal measure of (mostly) Delilah pulling with all her might. However, I must say, I was very impressed that I:

1) managed to pick up the poo without getting it on me (whilst keeping good control of 🐾❤️ and 🐾🧡)
2) allowed them both to run up the hill free and they both came back when I called them 😃
3) that we almost (but not quite) escaped the downpour that pretty much finished when we got back home! 🙄

Delilah 🐾❤️ out and about with human mum this morning, going for a trip to Pets at Home and behaving superbly!
