We are on the look out for a new Sales Assistant to join our ever growing tack shop!

Duties to include:

🐴 Assisting with stock control across all areas of
the business - to include
ordering, recording and managing inventory

🐴 Responsible for maintaining financial records

🐴 Managing and accounting for money handling procedures

🐴 Dealing with customer queries and complaints in-store and across all platforms

🐴 Providing excellent customer service

🐴 Packaging online orders and follow up

🐴 Preparing stock displays in-store

🐴 Building and maintaining relationships with brands

🐴 Social Media posts and communication on Facebook and Instagram

🐴 Providing content for weekly mail outs

🐴 Must be IT competent

🐴 Retail experience not essential but a love for horses is a must

You may be required to carry out additional duties within your capability in order to meet the needs of the business.

Hours:
5 days a week out of a 7 day rota
8.30am - 5pm
