Paige Logan 🤍

Paige is our Groom at Home Field Equestrian, calm, kind and nurturing to all the horses in her care

Paige has extensive knowledge working on track livery yards, where natural behaviours and allowing horses to be horses is something she cares deeply about.

Since joining she has brought her passion and love for the horses home and it really does show. Come rain or shine you can be reassured that your horse is well looked after and so loved by Paige. A very valued member of our team, who makes sure your horse is truly a member of the Home Field Equestrian family.

Lily Watts 🤍

Lily is our Head Groom at Home Field Equestrian, bringing over a decade of experience within professional riding, teaching and livery yards.

She holds up to stage 3 in her BHS exams, has a strong background in full livery management, maintaining high standards of horse care, and ensuring horses are kept fit, healthy, and well-managed in their daily routine. Alongside her grooming expertise, Lily is an experienced rider and instructor, having competed up to Elementary dressage and produced a wide range of horses, including young horses and retrained her very own racehorse Pocket, who she events with.

Lily’s calm, consistent approach and attention to detail make her an integral part of the team, ensuring every horse receives knowledgeable, professional care.

Ella Knight 🤍

Ella is our Yard and Estate Manager at Home Field Equestrian. With a lifelong passion for horses and experience working on professional show jumping and livery yards, she brings a wealth of practical knowledge and dedication to the role.

Having worked in fast-paced, high-performance environments, Ella has developed a strong foundation in yard management, with a focus on organisation, efficiency, and high standard horse welfare. Her calm, proactive approach helps ensure the smooth day-to-day running of both the yard and wider estate.

Alongside her equestrian background, Ella spent five years working for a land management consultancy and is a passionate advocate for maintaining our environment. She places great importance not only on the care of the horses, but also on the long-term stewardship and sustainability of the land they live on.

Her attention to detail, forward-thinking mindset, and commitment to both horse welfare and environmental care make Ella an invaluable part of the Home Field Equestrian team.
