Following on from my post last week about our new cancellation/no-show policy, I just wanted to share the new consent form that I'll be asking all clients to sign at their appointments.

I'm posting it here to save time when you come into the salon, so you won't need to spend time reading through two pages before your appointment.

I hope you've all had a lovely weekend. 😊

I just wanted to let you all know that we have now introduced a late cancellation policy.

If you cancel your appointment with 24 hours' notice or less, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled grooming fee. This fee will need to be paid at the time of cancellation, and we will be unable to book any future appointments until it has been settled.

We also kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment and collect your dog promptly once you have been notified they're ready. A late collection fee will now apply to dogs collected after the agreed collection time.

This is something I've tried to avoid introducing since Claws 2 Paws first opened, but unfortunately last-minute cancellations and late collections have a significant impact on a small business and on other clients waiting for appointments.

All customers will be asked to sign a form agreeing to these terms and conditions at their next visit.

Thank you all for your understanding, support, and continued loyalty to Claws 2 Paws. It truly means so much to Us. ❤️
