It's August..
Which means you might start to see harvest mites about. (Especially if walking in the countryside/woodlands)
Most flea treatments protect against, and washing their feet after walks certainly can help.
Speak to your vet if your pooches are itchy or if you want to check they're protected 🐾

🔥 The weather isn't our friend this year! So unsurprisingly tonight is cancelled.
🥵Not just the heat, but high humidity too means the dogs will struggle too much for my liking!

Jazz is already a superstar when it comes to handling..

But it's always great practice to have another item in your toolbox to help your dogs.

If your dog gets worried/overwhelmed/excited in certain environments.. sometimes keeping the visual stimulation low can help keep them calm & focused.

Pairing this with a familiar 'vet check' handling skill, is a great way to work together

We are going to try tonight!
Obviously it's cooler and plenty of shade.
💦 Make sure your dogs are hydrated before class, I will have water but do bring anything that helps keep them cool.
🧘‍♀️We will keep things as calm as possible & limited movement
