It is with great sadness that we have to announce the passing of our wonderful Peanut today. Peanut was one of the first school ponies Kim had at Westwick and she has taught hundreds of children to ride. We will truly miss our Peanut who has been the most amazing girl providing so many people with happy memories.
Thank you so much for everything Peanut you legend we will never forget you. Rest in peace and go and find our old friends in pony heaven ❤️❤️❤️

We are at max capacity for group riding lessons on a weekend and therefore we are not taking on any new customers at this current time.

Group Intermediate lessons now available to book Tuesdays 4-5pm and Wednesdays 4-5pm with our weekday instructor Nicola.

Pony club-Tuesdays 5-7pm term time only. We offer a stable management session followed by a riding lesson where we cover all aspects of riding and developing their skills. All riders must be intermediate level. A fun and fully supervised session for £45.

There has been an accident on the M1 so there is a lot of traffic on the lane leading to the farm. Please leave in plenty of time for your lessons today. If you arrive late and the lesson has already started unfortunately a full charge will still need to be paid. Thank you

This weekend there is a big golf event on at the golf course at the end of Westwick row. There is likely to be extra traffic so please leave in plenty of time for your lesson. Once the lessons have started you will not be able to ride if you are late as the horses will have been warmed up, but the full lesson cost will need to be paid.

About Kim’s Equestrian

Kim’s Equestrian is fully licensed by St Albans District Council and provides riding lessons for all ages (aged 2 and upwards) and abilities. Off-road hacking for more experienced riders is available in the surrounding fields. Prices start at £15.00 for half an hour for Under 5s. Additional all-day school holiday activities are available, costing £50.

Weekday lessons and hacking are also offered for individuals or groups at times to suit.
