🐾 FULLY BOOKED UNTIL 20TH MAY 🐾
My books are closed to new clients due to being fully booked 8 weeks in advance.
I have a few kind requests to my customers during this busy period.

🩷 Please be on time for your appointments. Even 5 minutes of lateness can set me back a lot more than you think.
🩷 100% fee is charged for 24 hours before appointment cancellations, no shows, or any dogs that arrive more than 10 minutes late. If you do arrive late, I will have to turn you away and charge in full for the missed groom as I won’t have time to complete the groom before the next dog arrives. No shows are so frustrating when I'm turning away dozens of dogs a week due to being fully booked.
🩷 Any cancellations, please let me know ASAP - I can then offer these spaces out to others that are waiting for a space.
🩷 Changing appointments around to different days or times is almost impossible at the moment. If you do need to rearrange appointments, please keep in mind there is an 8 week wait.
🩷 Please be sure to book your next appointments well in advance.
🩷 Cancellations will be posted here on my page on a first come, first serve basis and to current clients only.

I'm absolutely heartbroken and in floods of tears while writing this 😭
No one prepares you for this part of the job. Tonight, I had the most devastating news that little Minnie has crossed over the rainbow bridge 🌈
Minnie had been coming to me since she was a tiny puppy, I had built up trust with her and of course, her wonderful mummy Josephine. I have and will always love her as one of my own. She was the most best behaved little dog who gave the most wonderful cuddles. She really enjoyed having a little nap while being blow dried and I always looked forward to when she came to visit, she always brought a huge smile to my face even if I was having the worst day possible ❤️
Minnie, it was a pleasure to have been able to give you a beautiful haircut over the past 8 years, I will miss you terribly 💔
Thank you, Josephine, for trusting me with your beautiful baby over the years. Sending much love to you and your family during this difficult time xx

With it being really cold outside, I thought it would be a good idea to share the importance of regular grooming over the winter months 🥶

A lot of owners make the mistake of thinking their dogs don't need groomed as often over the winter months, however this is very inaccurate!
With the colder weather most owners prefer to leave their dogs coat longer and with longer hair means it's more prone to matting resulting in dogs needing shaved off when they come in for grooms, and trust me we don't like to shave dogs off either especially in colder months. 😞
This is why your dog will need more regular grooms over winter months to keep on top of their coat, so they can remain longer and fluffy throughout the colder months.
If your dog is usually on a 6 week grooming schedule and you decide to leave their coat longer they will need groomed every 4 weeks instead, this helps prevents matting by clipping/scissoring the dead ends off each visit.
Remember dogs hair grows at a much faster rate than human hair and with longer hair the easier it is for the hair to become tangled and matted. Regular grooms over winter months are so so important! ✂️ 🐾

That's me hung up my clippers & scissors for 2024!✂️
I want to say a huge thank you to all my customers for your continued support and loyalty. Can't believe there are some dogs that have been coming to me from puppies and are now 12 years old! Time has really flown by!

Now I'm off to put my feet up, eat some chocolate (thank you to those who kindly gave me them) and enjoy some time with my family, I'm looking forward to seeing you all in 2025! ❤️
