‼️PAYMENTS‼️

I’d like to take a moment to reliterate my policy on payments.

Could I please remind everyone that if you pay by bank transfer, and it’s not possible to do so whilst in the grooming room, could you please ensure that payment is made when you get home.

I spend a great deal of my time in the evenings chasing up payments which I haven’t received throughout the day.

If it becomes a regular occurrence that I need to keep sending payment reminders, then this option will be withdrawn for these individuals and cash will be the only payment option going forward. Sometimes I’m waiting days for payments and times where people don’t even bother paying at all. None payers will not be welcome back.

I don’t like to have a moan, but it is becoming more regular and my evenings are taken up by doing the chase ups.

Thank you for the prompt payers.. and there are many of you! 🥰🐾

Going into 2026, I just want to reiterate my cancellation policy. I ask that you review and respect the following cancellation policy….

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of scheduled time.

Cancellations made less than 24hours before scheduled appointment time will incur the full grooming charge of the service cost.

Failure to arrive to your appointment without notice will be considered a no show. These will be charged 100% of the service. Otherwise no further appointments will be made.

I understand that emergencies happen, exceptions to this policy may be made at my discretion in cases of genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

As a small business I hope you can understand and respect why I have to have these guidelines in place. Appointment slots are reserved exclusively for your pet & last minute cancellations directly impact my income. Last year due to no shows and last minute cancellations my business lost over £1000

By booking an appointment with myself you acknowledge & agree to this cancellation policy. If my policies are not adhered to, my professional relationship will end with the individual.

I am writing today to inform you all of an upcoming price adjustment to my dog grooming services, effective on the 05/01/2026

At one fine k9, I am fully committed to providing the highest quality grooming services and a safe, comfortable experience for your beloved pets. To continue maintaining these standards and keeping up with the rising costs of energy, water, quality products, equipment and other expenses, a modest price increase is necessary. This will range from £3 on small to medium sized dogs. Large dogs £5.

I have done my best to minimize the increase and truly value the trust you place in me to care for your fur family members. I appreciate your understanding and continued support of my small business.

The last dog has just left the building. Just want to say a big thank you to my loyal clients for sticking with me another year, and for all the lovely tips and gifts.
