I've been hit with a reminder this weekend that while grieving, training for the Great North Run, The national three peaks challenge, packing up a house to move while I get work done, renovate a garden and do a very physical job that if I dont look after myself, My body will slam the breaks on and force me too!!🙈

I've been absolutely struck down this weekend with a really rotten cold and it came on so fast!!🤒

Lesson learned😬 Im off work for bank holiday tomorrow but will be back Tuesday 5th ready to go!🙈🤣 as always! Thank you to my incredible clients for always understanding and being so kind!🐾
