Any missed appointments or last minute cancellations must be paid for in full.
Can you please also check your pooches for fleas before their appointment as if they come in with fleas we have no choice but to send them home to protect the other dogs we have in from catching them. If we have to send them home because they have fleas the appointment will still have to be paid for
