Little Pigs is a small, home from home guinea pig boarding service based in Heanor, Derbyshire, UK.

All enclosures are situated indoors in a secure area of our home. We also offer grooming treatments for guinea pigs too.

**Important Announcement** 📣

Dear customers, unfortunately we have some sad news to bring to you.

Due to a change of circumstances, it is with heavy hearts that we have decided to close the business at Little Pigs going forward. This has not been an easy decision to arrive at, but we feel that now is the right time to bring it to an end.

To all of our customers from the bottom of our hearts we want to thank you so very much for letting us love and care for your piggies whilst they have been with us, it has been an absolute pleasure doing what we love this past year.

For anyone who had already booked in with us for 2025 you will have already been contacted individually, along with any paid deposits being sent back to you.

We wish each and every one of you and your little piggies a very happy and healthy 2025 and hope that one day we might see you again soon.

🎄Remember we are open for Christmas boarding!!🎄 For those of you who may be wanting to get away this Christmas or are spending a few days away with family/friends, we are happy to board your piggies with us over the holiday period - We still have a few spaces available for Christmas week 😁 Get in touch to book your piggies in for their Christmas holiday where Santa Pig will be making an appearance 🎅🐷

*Please note though that we will be closed on 24th, 25th and 26th of December for drop offs/collections*

Beautiful young girls Merida and Pearl are boarding with us this weekend 🥰 They are very vocal girls for veggie time in the mornings 🤣

We will be welcoming them back very soon as they will also be staying with us for the Christmas holidays.

The Little Piggery will be having a festive makeover next week so stay tuned!! 🎄🎅🐷

Lovely girls Amber and Poppy are boarding with us this week whilst their mum is away for her son’s graduation. Both girls fell poorly with one thing and another just a week before them being due to stay with us, so their mum was really quite nervous about leaving them (These piggies do love to give us scares at the worst possible times!) They are being closely monitored during their stay and are both doing well 😊 *FYI - We are very happy to accommodate guinea pigs that will require medication during their stay with us, or those piggies who are elderly or have special needs. We will always try to be flexible of any special requirements your piggies may have*
