Barney loves it when the snacks come out. He either tries to eat me with them, he helps himself from the bag, or he lets me make him run around for them.

We often do taste tests, too. Coop pocket treats are a hit with Barney

Some cats prefer their own space so I let them have that. I stay for the whole hour so they can come out if they want to. Poppy and I have a good arrangement and get on quite well now. She will come out to play with my string, enjoy some catnip and give me some rubs. It has taken her a while to get used to visitors (even with her family!) so it’s lovely to see her coming on.

The key is patience and letting her do what she wants to do and be ready when she is, for whatever she wants. 😻

Everyone has been enjoying the lickelix recently. With the warm weather it is a good way to get some extra moisture into my charges…and there’s definitely no complaining. Goblin was loving hers while I looked after her recently.

I’ve known Penny since she was a stray. I actually used to visit her when her feeder was on holiday before they could take her in.

She was a shy little thing and has come on leaps and bounds since having a loving stable home.

This is her devouring a salmon lickelix as her staycation treat.
