Our little Emily Grace arrived Friday afternoon after convincing myself I wasnโ€™t in labour until we arrived at the hospital.

We are back home and settling in as a family of four with her big brother Archie ๐Ÿค

I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas & New Year and I will keep everyone posted on my return.

Grooming isnโ€™t just about the trim - itโ€™s about trust โœจ๐Ÿค

Working with each dog as an individual so they feel comfortable during their groom is more important to us.

Grooming can be scary for some dogs. The noise, the dryers, the clippers, the smells can be overwhelming.

Thatโ€™s why we take it slow, itโ€™s about calmness and kindness. Letting them learn they are safe. Gentle handling and regular breaks.

Every groom should be a positive experience, even if itโ€™s just a treat and a cuddle.

Donโ€™t worry Iโ€™ve not gone into labourโ€ฆyet!

I have had to make the difficult decision to reduce my hours and the amount of dogs Iโ€™m grooming between now & when I finish on 23rd December.

Realistically I can only manage 2/3 dogs a day now and Iโ€™m currently grooming at least 5/6 and Iโ€™m also working 6 sometimes 7 days a week at the moment to accomadate clients since going back to 1-2-1. This isnโ€™t feasible with me being heavily pregnant and itโ€™s taking a big toll on my body and health.

I will be in touch to rearrange any dogs I can not service however our table renters, Grace, Lily & Chloe still have some availability and may therefore be able to fit any dogs I cannot do.

I will also not be taking any more bookings at this time so Iโ€™m really sorry if you havenโ€™t booked for Christmas appointments yet I will not be able to fit you in.
