Beach days are the best… but recovery matters too 🐾🌊

Sand, uneven ground, swimming and those BIG zoomies can be a lot on joints and muscles.
After a huge outing, give your dog a quieter day to recover. Watch for stiffness the next morning and keep walks gentle if they seem a little sore 💛
