I am back🎉

After 2 weeks of travelling, 5 countries & 2000 miles I'm back in the salon 🎉

The last few months have been tough & I'm so grateful for all my lovely clients that have supported during this time. I know I've been super quiet recently but after the attack it was necessary for my mental health to distance my self slightly & fall back in love with life & heal🖤

My love for you is endless🖤

Good morning 😊

Just a little update!

I have been told I am healing well and should be able to get back to work next week! 🎉😎

I do however have to be extremely careful as I'm not fully healed and any wrong movement can put me right back to 2 weeks ago 🥲
So I will not be able to do the more challenging furry babies at the moment until it is fully healed as I can't bend my finger, grip or use my left hand much.Please let me decide If I think I'm able to, I am the best judge.

I will be in contact to reschedule your appointments, I have 36 appointments to fit back in my already fully booked diary so please bear with me I am doing everything I can ❤️😊

Good afternoon!

A little update for you 🌞....

I had my 7 day wound check & dressing change.

The Good thing is it is healing & not infected at this point, BUT it is very deep and still has alot of healing to do.

If I thought my previous dressing was big I was very mistaken🙈🤣

I am still not allowed to do anything with this hand, definitely no bathing dogs & unfortunately trying to perform a haircut on a moving target one handed is not as easy as it sounds🙈😭

Unfortunately my insurance company will not pay out for the time off I'm having due to 2 weeks being the excess for injury. Being self employed If I don't work I don't get paid so please believe me when I say as soon as I'm able to work I will be back to work straight away! This is not fun for me at all 😭

I do sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this has caused & I appreciate it's very warm 🌞💔

Good morning,

Just a quick update.....
I'm obviously still out of action, unfortunately, 7 days since the acttack will be Thursday, and I will update everyone as this will be when I can take the dressing off. Unfortunately, I fear I will have be off for another week after that as it was a very deep wound & will still have butterfly stitches. But will know more on Thursdsy.😬

If anyone is desperate please pop me a message, Brook has space to accommodate.

Doing everything one handed is proving to be very difficult 🤣🙈 ......I can't even wash my own hair myself 😭

I've never been anything other than calmly, confident around dogs & The emotional impact has affected me more than I thought 💔

On a positive we have an abundance of fresh chicken eggs for sale so if anyone would like any pop me a message ❤️

Unfortunately 1 day back from returning from my holiday.....tragedy has struck & I've been badly bitten at work today.

After spending the afternoon in A&E... Butterfly stitches, x-rays, anti biotics & a tetanus jab later..... I'm all patched up.

I unfortunately cannot work for the next 7 days at least depending on healing time as there is a high risk of infection 😭💔I'm extremely lucky it has not damaged my tendons because of how deep it was.

I will be contacting everyone to reschedule your appointments.

I'm so sorry for the inconvenience 💔

Thank you to all the wonderful staff at The Princess Royal hospital, the lovely nurses, x-ray staff and the porters who took my mind off the pain with funny dad jokes. Heroes!,❤️

YES we are crazy....YES we now have 5 dogs 🙈......what's one more aye?🤣🙈🥰

Meet Styx a rescue pup, you may of seen him at The Dogs din dins down the road. The lovely Lavinia was a wonderful foster for him 🥰

He's settled in very well .......Barry & Styx make a very naughty duo 🙈🤣
