✨ A little update to our booking policy.

As our business continues to get busier (thank you so much for all your support!), we’re making a small change to our booking notice period to help us manage staffing and appointments more smoothly.

We now require bookings to be made at least 1 full day in advance rather than within 24 hours.

For example:

Booking for Tuesday = must be booked by the end of Sunday

This helps us make sure we have the right staff available and continue giving everyone the best possible service.

Thank you for understanding and supporting our growing business — we really appreciate it ❤️

With the UK heatwave in full swing, today is all about keeping cool, calm and comfortable.

While we love seeing the dogs running, playing and exploring our forest area, hot days like this call for shaded snoozes, gentle enrichment, plenty of water, and lots of rest time in the woods.

Sometimes, in hot weather, no activities are the best activities.

Your dogs’ wellbeing will always come first, and we’ll always make sure every pup stays safe and comfortable ❤️
