Weβre running a trial session on Monday 18th May for young people who may be interested in joining our equine-assisted learning days next term π΄π
β¨ Trial Day Cost: Β£40 β¨ Usually Β£60
This is a great opportunity to come along, meet the horses, experience the environment, and see if Helpful Hooves is the right fit before committing to a term booking.
π΄ Who is it for?
Young people aged 10β16 years
Our sessions are particularly suited to children and young people with:
β¨ SEMH needs
β¨ EHCPs
β¨ EBSA
β¨ Or those who find mainstream settings challenging

Term time only
β° 9:30am β 2:30pm
π₯ Maximum of 4 young people per group
π Full-day and half-day options available
Designed for young people who thrive outdoors, love animals, or benefit from a calmer, more hands-on approach, our sessions focus on learning through connection, experience, and meaningful activity.
Young people will spend time with the horses while developing:
β¨ Confidence & self-esteem
β¨ Independence & responsibility
β¨ Communication & social skills
β¨ Emotional regulation & wellbeing
A typical day may include:
π΄ Grooming and caring for the horses
πΏ Practical yard tasks & outdoor learning
π€ Groundwork and equine wellbeing activities
π¬ Social skills, teamwork & confidence building
π§ Calm regulation time & reflection
