Important announcement 🐾
From Monday 2nd November, our practice opening hours will be changing.
Our new opening hours will be:
Monday–Friday: 8am to 6pm
Appointments are available 9am to 5:30pm
Our Saturday hours will remain unchanged
Saturday: 8:30 am to 1:00 pm
Appointments are available 9am to 12pm
Due to ongoing recruitment difficulties and staffing challenges within the veterinary sector, we have had to make this difficult decision to ensure the long-term sustainability of our practice.
Without making this change, we would have been facing the very real possibility of closing the surgery.
We believe that remaining open with reduced hours, is the best outcome for our clients, our team and most importantly, the animals entrusted to our care.
We understand that these changes will not suit our clients that can only make late afternoon/evening appointments. Please be assured that we remain committed to providing the same high standard of veterinary care, compassion and dedication that you and your pets deserve.
We are extremely grateful for your patience, understanding and continued support during this challenging time.
