We love hearing from our inpatients once their back with their owners 🥰
This lovely lady had an unfortunate run in with some barbed wire and ended up degloving her proximal limb.
She came to us to ensure a sterile environment for dressing changes to keep infection risks low and round the clock care while working alongside the owners vet to get the wound to knit back together as neatly as possible.
She started on box rest with hand grazing while the steady work to heal the wound started. Once progress had started to show we began the rehabilitation process tailoring her plan to suit the wounds needs and progress. She started going out in a pen, we then introduced long reining and then got her going under saddle.
It is fantastic to see her back out doing what she loves with her owners. 🤩🤩

Schooling in the sun shine ☀️☀️
This lovely gelding came to us to start his walk work following a tendon injury, he has been a complete delight to rehabilitate and is very happy to be back in work with us both in the school and out hacking.

This lovely mare came to us following colic surgery, having recovered well from the surgery she is staying with us to be reintroduce to ridden work - she is very happy to be out hacking in the sunshine ☺️☀️

Time, Patience, ground work and the bits in between, another amazing ending. Over schooled as a youngster sadly proved problematic as he grew and therefore developed some serious niggles. Lucky for him owned by the most amazing lady, who has been patient, kind and has given him the best chance. Surgery by , sent to rehabilitate by LCER and now starting his new life with another wonderful kind lady. Thank you for entrusting us, Emma, recommending us and heres to Charlie & Kira. It can be a happy ending👌🏻

A huge heartfelt thanks to my team, another year flown by. Its been a busy and interesting one with many projects written off, that have come together. So amazing to be part of all these very special journeys. Thank you to our amazing clients , entrusting us with their gorgeous steads, and also to the many vets who have referred to us. Thank you to all. Its been an interesting year with a few obstacles which we have hurdled….heres to 2026, the year of the HORSE. What a year it shall be . 🙏🏻🥂

One must be confident with all size and gender of horses, ability to be a team player, have good humour and be able to work in a busy environment with a smile. Working with world class horses, sports horses, show horses and race horses, amazing clients, and a variety of professionals therefore huge scope to learn, in this varied role.
