UPDATE!!

Since this post we have had a lovely offer to help get a hole in the wall so we can get a bigger unit for the front of the shop!! Such a relief x we should be like the antarctic by Saturday morning lol 😆

So i just wanted to rectify some miss information...... 🤔🤔🤔

Yes the shop does get hot in the reception area due to having 5 large windows!

The other part of our shop has a massive air con unit and grooming tables have their own air con units.

So please rest assured your pets are very well looked after! X ✨️

And as its Britain it wont be long until we turn the heating on lol 😆

Amazing News from the British Isles Grooming Association !!

Dog and Cat Grooming Guidelines have been formerly set up and even though I believe the minimum qualification should be Level 3.

I'm still happy that this has been done and I want to share it with owners because whether you come to us or another groomer, you should always make sure they know what they're doing, that they have been correctly trained and have proper experience and are additionally qualified x

Working with your pets is not an easy career, it takes skill, passion, time and a commitment to be constantly learning xx

We are proud of who we are, what we do and how much we are committed to you and your pets xx
