Official “Thank You” to all my customers

I just wanted to let you (my customers) know you are the most beautiful, understanding & tolerant people any business owner could ask for.

This week I had a major drama on my hands. As you know I am on holiday next week and found my passport was out of date. So on Friday I had to arrange a visit to Durham for an emergency passport for Monday which ment I had to cancel and reschedule doggy appointments this week to fit everyone in before I go away. Thank goodness the drama is over, I have my passport, I’m going on holiday and you (my customers) are amazing. This also goes out to all my customers who I’ve had to change appointments because of doctors, hospital, dentist, family and unforeseen circumstances that have arose in the past & present. I appreciate your understanding and I will always do my best to accommodate you wherever I can.

Thank you for your support & understanding when appointments are changed and moved. I really appreciate your loyalty to my small business, you all make Star Paws 🐾 what it is. *PARKING PROBLEMS*

Please only park outside my house when you are dropping off and picking up your dog. I don’t mind if you block my drive as we are going nowhere when the business is open. We are again having trouble with neighbours.
Also please make sure your dog is toileted before they come to the parlour as this is yet another problem I’m having that dogs are doing their business on the grassed area in the road. Please help me have a quiet life.

It’s with great sadness and a heavy heart that we announce that young Ivan Bennett passed away on the 15th of May in Hull Royal Infirmary after a battle with cancer.

Ivan’s funeral will take place on Friday 7th of June at 4pm in Stranton crematorium followed by drinks and buffet at the Travellers Rest to celebrate Ivan’s life.

The family would request that a splash of red is worn if possible while we say our goodbyes to our loving Son, Brother, Uncle, Nephew and Cousin
We request only family flowers and donations in lieu to the cancer research charity.

It’s with a broken heart I post. Last night we lost our lovely Buster. We are absolutely devastated and he has left a great big hole in our hearts. Buster was the most chilled out and relaxed dog, he loved his cuddles and his walks out on the beach. He always had a great time chasing rabbits and running in the fields at the caravan with mum & dad and he was loved by everyone who met him. Fly high my little man and we will see you again over Rainbow Bridge 🌈💔🐾###xx
