Please only book an appointment if you genuinely intend to attend.

Lately, Iโ€™ve had several new clients confirm their appointments and then either not show up or cancel on the same day. As a small business, this has a huge impact. Once your appointment is booked, I turn away other clients who could have taken that slot. I also have a family and I would rather spend time with them instead of waiting around in a salon wondering if you will turn up or not.

Please respect my time as much as I respect yours. If youโ€™re not reliable or arenโ€™t sure you can make your appointment, Iโ€™d kindly ask that you donโ€™t book.
