Hi,
I’ve had 3 customers not show up for appointments this week, just a quick message to remind you that missed or last-minute cancelled appointments have a big impact on a small business like mine, as that time is reserved and often can’t be filled.
Because of this, 50% of the appointment fee will need to be charged for no-shows or late cancellations.
