Just before half term our female Malayan Tiger Sahaja had a visit from our amazing vets elliott_zoo_vet from the International Zoo Vet Group and our resident Vet Helen.

She had a full heath check and X-rays which thankfully revealed nothing bad, passing her health check! 🐯

She made a full recovery after a good nights rest. 🥰 Check out our video of how it all happened!

A very special announcement! 📣

On April 13th we welcomed three new Southern Aardwolf pups! 🤎

The pups are doing well, growing fast and showing their individual personalities already! 🐾

These guys are beginning to venture outside so may be seen from their paddock next to the new Meerkat enclosure.

🤫 Please note, their indoor viewing is currently unavailable to allow them some quiet time.

We can't wait to watch these pups continue their journey. 🥰

Celebrating World Otter Day with some exciting news! 📣

Greta and Clyde welcomed a new litter of pups on April 8th, the four pups are now 7 weeks old! 🥰

But let's not forget! World Otter Day is for raising awareness about Otters and how we can help conserve them! ✨

Otters in the wild have many threats; habitat loss, pet trade and the trade of their fur for fashion and body parts for medicine!

Today, check out the International Otter Survival Fund and the hard work they do to protect these amazing species!

We've welcomed new arrivals at our Corsac Fox enclosure!

Two kits were born on March 28th! 🥰

Unfortunately we have to share some sad news as well as our happy news. We recently lost our third kit which was born mid March. We discovered a problem with its development which could not be recovered from.

These two kits however are happy and healthy and are starting to adventure around their enclosure! 👀
