This year we are attending the Ainsdale Show on 4th & 5th July!! Make sure you come say hello and chat with our friendly team 🥰

Lots has been planned for the event over the two days from fairground rides, stall, school dancing groups and music on the green!!

🐾 Hi everyone, I'm Peach! 🐾

I'm a 5-year-old neutered female cat, and I've been waiting at the RSPCA Southport, Ormskirk & District Branch for a whole year now. During that time, I've watched so many other cats find their forever families and head off to their new homes. I'm so happy for them, but I can't help wondering why nobody has chosen me yet.

I'm hoping there is a special family out there looking for a girl like me. I would love a mature home where I can settle in at my own pace. Any children in the home should be aged 8+, and I'd need people who understand that sometimes I like my own space. Please don't be offended if I choose to sit by myself now and then. I'm an independent lady who enjoys her own company.

That doesn't mean I don't enjoy affection! I love gentle strokes and a fuss from people I trust. I just like having the choice of when I want company and when I want a little quiet time.

The staff and volunteers here take such good care of me, and I'm very grateful for everything they do. But if I'm honest, it's not quite the same as having a loving home and a family to call my own.

Could you help me find the right family? Please share my story!

I've got my paws crossed that my chance will come very soon. 🤞🐾

I hope to be back soon with a happy update!
