Unfortunately I am still getting people not turning up for their appointment or cancelling less than 24 hours before their appointment.
As I am a very small business and only groom 3 dogs per day, I require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. There is a 50% cancellation fee for no shows and last minute cancellations.
I am starting to get busier now the weather is getting warmer but I am continuing to groom 3 dogs per day so I can give your dogs the time, love and attention they deserve. ❤️🐶🥰
All long haired breeds should be groomed every 6 to 8 weeks, however I recommend that poodle breeds should be groomed every 4 to 6 weeks to prevent knots and matting.
The longer your dog goes without being groomed the longer it takes for me to groom them which makes the dog more anxious and is more difficult for me. As every single pooch I groom is nervous I strongly advise to stick to the 6 to 8 weeks if you can as the more often they come to the parlour the more they will get used to the grooming process as dogs thrive on routine.
