๐ŸšจCANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS๐Ÿšจ

When booking an appointment with us, please ensure you can definitely make that day and time. We understand that things come up that may be out of your hands, however theyโ€™re also out of ours. Times are already hard enough without customers cancelling last minute or just not turning up, resulting in us losing out on our only income.

From now on, anyone who books an appointment and cancels with less than 24hrs notice (48hrs if 2 or more dogs) will be charged 50% of their groom prices unless there are extenuating circumstances. Payment can be made either by bank transfer or cash by calling into the salon.

Failure to pay the 50% will result in no future bookings with us.

NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of their groom price as it is very inconsiderate to book an appointment with us and just not turn up, without a phone call or text just to let us know. Again, failure to pay will result in no future bookings.

This is our livelihood, our only income and our passion. Itโ€™s very disheartening when people cancel last minute or donโ€™t turn up. We hate to have to do this and apologise to our regular, loyal customers but we have to protect ourselves, we have a business and homes to run.

Itโ€™s going to be a suuuuuper hot one today!! Although you may be a sun worshipper, too much sun and heat for your pup could be fatal. Please be particularly observant if your doggy falls into the brachycephalic category (short faced dogs such as - frenchies, pugs, bull dogs etc) ๐Ÿถ

If you see any signs of heatstroke ring/get to the vets immediately.

Your pup wonโ€™t die from a skipped walk, but they could from heatstroke.
