Luvverly trip to Happisburg today to finally meet the brilliantly talented Lisa Saville of Felt Like It. It was so lovely to catch up and see her awesome creations in real life. She sold one of her fab life size Coo heads while I was there too - what a lucky customer! Thank you so much for my brooch swap too - I’ll send mine on asap.

Then a pretty wet visit to Cromer and Sherringham. Chilling now with a G&T before tea.

I recently took part in the ‘geometry’ felt swap. This week I received a beautiful purple piece from Cathy Vigor that has so much texture and vibrancy. My piece was based on the hills and dry stone walls surrounding where we live - and Cathy received it today. I love these swaps and seeing how everyone interprets the theme were given each year and I have another lovely piece to treasure

Today is a rubbish head day. Positive news is that this little beach watercolour, that I did a while ago, is on its way to a buyer in the USA. Thanks for supporting my work

Sad that The Jones Gift Co (formerly Boggle Hole) in Northallerton has closed this weekend. It’s a really difficult time for handmade shops (and other non essential retailers) at the moment and more and more are closing. I’ve really appreciated all the support from the shop owners in my time there (since 2020) - both with shop sales and pet commissions and wish them all the best for the future
