Please 🙏 may I ask that appointments be attended in time. In the last 2 weeks I have had 3 no shows, and 3 late. This means that I've lost over £150 in the last two weeks from failure to attend appointments or having to reschedule appointments.
I'm a very small business, and £150 means that one of my bills will not be able to be paid now.
Please double check times, and put an alarm on phone giving ample time to travel.
I simply can't continue if this keeps happening and it will force me to close forever.

Little bit of housekeeping this morning 😊

Please could I ask those booked in for grooms before Christmas to drop off/pick up on time. There's so many dogs booked in for thier pre Christmas groom that the schedule is very tight. Some are reactive, so to help keep it safe, I need everyone to be on time.

Please park on Manor drive, and not on Marlborough avenue.

The Christmas Spa special is still on, and only £4 extra!
