**CLOSING UNTIL 2023**

I'm still off work at the moment due to illness. After speaking with family I've made the very difficult decision to REMAIN CLOSED UNTIL NEW YEAR and cancel all appointments in the meantime so i can get the rest i need without worrying ahead. My hope is that this will enable you to try and find an alternative groomer for Christmas appointments in time, instead of me having to cancel last minute,which as it stands seems very likely, and being unable to reschedule.
I am still unwell and struggling to do basic daily tasks without being absolutely worn out, so grooming my normal 8-10 dogs a day is at the moment going to be physically impossible for me.
Please understand this is not a decision I have come to lightly, having already been off for over 2 weeks, and with the ever increasing costs of everything for my family.
For those lovely lot checking in that im ok, thank you so much, it is nothing life threatening and hopefully will only be temporary and I will be back to myself in few short weeks !
Thank you so much to every one for your continued support and apologies for any inconvenience caused.
I will start sending messages regarding cancellations out today but it will take me a while to work through so please bear with me.

***REOPENING DATES***
I've had the all clear from the doctor for the following reopening dates;

-2ND AUGUST - For small dogs with minimal lifting only

-9TH AUGUST - For medium to large dogs.

-16TH AUGUST - Back to normal ! But the earliest for XL dogs that need heavy handling or lifting.

I'll be in touch with everyone who's got appointments earlier than this to rearrange today.

**APPOINTMEMTS UPDATE**

Just to let all my amazing customers know unfortunately my surgery was cancelled due to me being ill yet again with tonsillitis 🙄
I have had confirmation of a new surgery date today for 15th July.
I will be in touch with everyone from Monday 12th July onwards once I've confirmed reopening dates and had covid test results back to schedule bookings !

Thank you so much for everyone's patience whilst I've been so ill. I apologise for the lack of response but due to both me being poorly and other personal family problems I really have had a big batch of bad luck !!!
After some organisation over the weekend, and hopefully an England win on Sunday I will get back to each and everyone of you and book you all back in for as soon as I am able.

SORRY TO EVERYONE WHOS APPOINTMENTS IVE HAD TO CANCEL due to being ill. I'm now on antibiotics and hopefully will be on the mend soon. As soon as I am able I will get back to everyone who has messaged and reschedule those who I've had to cancel.
***PLEASE BE AWARE I AM FULLY BOOKED FOR THE WHOLE OF JUNE***
I have also had a surgery date confirmed today for JUNE 26TH meaning I will be off work recovering for 4 weeks from this date so will be CLOSED FROM 26TH JUNE - APPROX 26TH JULY. I will contact everyone who had prebooked for July in due course.

My diary is open for the whole year so please prebook as far in advance where possible to guarantee an appointment. If you will require a groom during june or July when I am fully booked or closed then please contact me and I can recommend alternative groomers and prebook your next grooms for end of July onwards.

***BOOKINGS UPDATE***
I'm about half way through contacting everyone who's been waiting for an appointment. I'll be finishing contacting everyone by this evening at the latest. Its much easier for me to get through my waiting list when the little ones in bed so please expect a message from 8pm onwards, I'll be staying up as late as I need to to get back to everyone so some messages may be as late as 10/11pm, please don't worry about replying until the morning any appointments offered to you will be reserved until I hear back from you !
