xperienced dog walker with a passion for pets. For older dogs it may be a home visit required just to let them out for toileting during the day. Puppies too can be visited for toilet breaks when required, as can older dogs or just dogs that require that little bit of company during the day. Cat Sitting
Our cat sitting service provides an excellent alternative to the cattery as cats can remain in comfy familiar surroundings whilst the humans go on holiday. We can look after your pets in your home and offer a fixed visiting program to ensure your cats needs are met whilst you are away. With 4 years as a volunteer with Cats Protection and over 40 years of cat ownership, you can be assured of happy puss cats. As a lifelong animal lover with a wealth of experience in pet care, you can be assured that your furry friends will be given the highest standards of care. I cater for cats and dogs in the main but would consider helping with other animals if required and have experience in caring for Rabbits, Hamsters, Chickens and various birds. My aim is to offer you as a pet owner, peace of mind in the knowledge that your pet is safe and extremely well cared for, in accordance with your exact requirements. PLEASE VET YOUR DOG WALKERS! ‼️

We’ve all heard the horror stories of what can happen when you trust the wrong person.

A few days ago I came across two vans owned by a local dog walker/trainer. Parked in full sun with howling dogs in the back. The vans were parked there for over 3 hours.

Who are you trusting with the welfare of your dogs?

It’s heartbreaking and embarrassing that professionals will treat dogs in this way. It means that we all end up getting tarred with the same brush.

A dog’s welfare should always come first. Above fancy videos of ‘control’. Especially not keeping dogs in vehicles because they can’t be walked together.

Our dogs are walked in small groups or picked up separately for 121 walks. They are also crated separately (unless they come from the same household).

Dog walking is easy money for those of us who don’t do it responsibly. For those of us that do it is HARD work that takes planning and knowledge and constant evaluation of our dog’s needs.
