The aim of my business is a country retreat where your pet whether it be a cat, dog, rabbit or smaller animal will be treated as part of the family at all times. Whether it be boarding whilst owners on holiday, popping in to feed your cat or walking your dog on a regular basis you can have piece of mind knowing your pet is not just a number, you can be assured your pet will be treated as one of my
own as being a pet owner I understand how important this is! The services I offer are dog, rabbit and small animal boarding as I have a kennel with run for dogs and a spacious secured outdoor run with hutches for rabbits, guineapigs and the like. I also offer a daily dog walking service where your dog will have an hour of fun filled frolicks, whether it be down the beach having a paddle, running in the fields within our beautiful countryside location or a walk in the woods exploring you can rest assured your dog will come home happy but exhausted! I can also call into your home to feed cats and spend some time with the animal as a lot of people prefer not to disrupt cats from the comfort of their own home. I also house birds (cages required) in my home if required! Our location is ideal as I live in a cottage in the country with an overly large garden onto a beautiful woodland surrounded by fields which makes this place the perfect country retreat for any animal. East Lothian is full of lovely countryside walks through woodland, rivers and of course a selection of beaches only 15minutes drive. All owners will be required to provide proof of vaccinations to date, name and number of vets pet registered with, an emergency contact just in case and a microchip number! Also bring your pets own food as I feel it better to keep animals on a diet they are accustomed to but backup food will always be available if required at a surcharge. Feel free to bring any bedding for your pet as it helps them settle having a little something to remind them of home but again bedding available as required at no extra cost. Same rules apply for dog walking re- vaccinations and vet number in case of emergencies. I have public liability insurance and am approved by disclosure Scotland. I also have a diploma in dog walking, sitting which covers a range of subjects from Health & Safety, hygiene, transporting animals safely and first aid. I have researched my competition for a while now and whilst there is a number of Dog walking, sitting and boarding kennels in East Lothian none offer the personal family environment I offer in a quiet countryside location off the beaten track where your dog can run free all day (unless you state otherwise) and will only be in the security of the kennel at bedtime. DOG BOARDING: £18 per night (discount for longer periods or
second dog)
RABBITS AND SMALLER ANIMALS: £5 per night
DOG WALKING: £10 per hour (full hours exercise)
BUDGIES/PARROTS ETC: £5-7 depending on demands
HOME VISITS: £5-8 half hour visit (depending on location)
