Hi, I’m Becky! I have loved dogs all my life. What’s not to love? Dogs are full of energy and fun. I enjoy getting to know their individual personalities as well as creating bonds with them. I adore the diversity and spontaneity of dogs in that every day and every dog can be different. I find their innocence, intellects captivating and they never fail to put a smile on my face. I feel very privileged to be able to spend my working days doing what I love with such loveable doggies.
I have not always been a dog walker. I worked as a dental nurse for eleven years. However, I came to realise that my passions lay elsewhere. More specifically on stunning beaches, countryside and forests of East lothian with individuals of the 4 legged variety! Dogs have always been at the heart of my family. My family has two big labradoodles called Lilly and Flo. They are gorgeous and very important to me. I cherish my time with them and their crazy personalities.
I am trained in canine first aid, as your dog’s health and safety is of paramount importance. I am friendly and professional, and I am always happy to chat about any concerns you may have and can advise you on a variety of dog related matters. I am also Police checked and registered as a dog walker with East Lothian Council.
I am an experienced dog walker within East Lothian and I am proactive in building upon my knowledge of dogs. I regularly keep up to date with literature ranging from socialisation, communications with canines, how to best handle and support them, as well as understanding their body language in order to meet their needs. I am a devoted dog walker and offer a wide range of dog services such as wee stops, group walks, day cares and boarding.
