🐾Happy hump day 🐾

What a fabulous day it has been ❤️ lots of happy faces and wagging tails today 🐶

Betsy loved her early morning walk and was super excited throughout had a case of the zoomies ❤️

Hector did very well on his walk today super proud of this little man always 🐶

Lovely to have Rory back and he was super excited to see me after the holidays he has enjoyed treats and playing with his toys 🧸

Ben has done so well on his walk and loved 🥰 lots of cuddles 🐶

Chief looks super super handsome after his pamper session he loved his walk and feeing the wind against his floof ❤️

Mac and cutie 🐱 have loved the pop in and enjoyed there dreamie treats ❤️ both are super loving cats 🐱

This poor dog that lost her life from a walk in 27 degree heat 😭 this could have and should have been avoided.

When I cancel walks it is not because I lazy or trying to be awkward it is simply to protect your dogs 🐶 and there safety will always be my priority ❤️

Early morning walk for this duo today who have both done brilliantly as you can see Maude is shattered and decide the stairs were the comfiest spot for a nap 😴 ❤️

I am now off for the rest of the weekend so all messages will be responded to on Monday onwards ❤️

This gorgeous duo have been very chilled today both enjoying the cool 😎 breeze from the fan 🪭 they have loved lots of snuggles 🥰 I love how happy pickle is on the first photo and how cute do they look after their haircut both super gorgeous ❤️

🐾Thursday 🐾

Started the day applying factor 50 to myself so please ignore my glowy face 🫠🤣🫠

Bolo has loved his woodland walk and loved being out very early this morning 🌅 we have seen some lovely wildlife too ❤️

Kevin and Maude have done brilliantly on there walk and always keep me smiling throughout such a cheeky duo ❤️🐶

Our gorgeous golden oldie Ben has loved his woodland adventure and been super duper happy throughout ❤️🐾

Lovely to see Jaxon this week after a few weeks of him being on his holibobs he has done a short walk and really enjoyed himself ☀️🐾🐶

Lastly but by no means least Hector has loved his enrichment activites in the garden he has had so much fun playing with frisbee 🥏 and searching for treats 🐶

An afternoon of catching up on admin in the sunshine ☀️ and that is a wrap for Thursday ❤️

Scavenger hunt so he uses his nose to search for treats 🐾 a little bit of obedience work (he is very very good at this) and of course enjoying time playing with his frisbee 🥏

What a fabulous day today has been 🐶🐱 happy Wednesday 🐶

Lottie and Teddy have loved 🥰 there pop ins today ❤️ and had lots of cuddles 🥰

Ben has loved his woodland adventure and keeping cool 😎 he was still his usual speedy self all the way round ❤️

Hector has done very well on his early walk he didn’t fancy a paddle today in the heat but kept cool throughout ❤️😎

Teddy has loved his pop in and had lots of fun playing with his tennis ball 🎾 and his puzzle 🧩 toy to gain treats he is such a clever boy ❤️

Chief has loved his pop in lots of cuddles and chills for this gorgeous boy ☀️❤️ he loved just have cuddles and rolling on his back for tummy tickles ☺️

Super proud of all animals today who have done very well in the heat ☀️ now time to chill with little legs aka mr bronson and be ready to do it all again tomorrow ❤️

Please please take extra care in the hot weather as you can see from this post heat stroke has hit some dogs 🐶 and sadly they are very poorly and on there final journey 😭 this could be avoided and that is what makes is so so sad we don’t get very long with our dogs 🐶 and need to cherish every single moment. Don’t shorten there life by walking in a heat wave ☀️ or if they have to go for a walk take them early.

Here is a few ideas on how to keep your dog cool and safe in the heat ⬇️

🐶cool mats
🐶fans
🐶fresh water at all times
🐶 pop up tent in garden (bronson loves his)
🐶frozen treats
🐶doggie ice cream
🐶paddling pool

And even a cheeky sausage of the bbq ☀️ let’s keep our dogs 🐶 safe in the heat ☀️

If you are struggling to walk your dog for any reason I am offering early morning walks and late evening walks message me for more information 🐾

🐾☀️ Please take extra care in this heat.

We’ve sadly cared for several dogs this week on their final journey due to heat stroke. 💔

Please remember, even a short walk in high temperatures can be dangerous and in some cases, fatal.

🐶 Keep them indoors during the hottest parts of the day.
🌙 Save walks for cooler evenings.
💧 Make sure they have plenty of fresh water.
🧊 Help them stay cool with shade and rest.

It’s simply not worth the risk.
Let’s keep our four-legged friends safe, happy and with us for as long as possible.
