JWH quiz night success!
Thank you to talk that came. To quote the game show host legend, Brucey “Didn’t they do well”! The quiz night was an absolute HOOT 🦉, lots of fun was had by all. The team worked so hard to make it a success and raised £1115,50 for JWH!

It’s JWH quiz night and dinner tomorrow night, 7pm, Compton village hall! Not too late to add yourself in to help the animals in our care. Also if you have any raffle items we can use it would be most appreciated.

Good Luck Caitlin for today’s marathon!

*UPDATE* congratulations John for reaching your target today but people can still give to support the JWH!!!

Today is the day for John to make a huge “leap” for JWH patients! Well, abseil 😆!
Amongst all the others days of the year, John volunteers for the charity to transport animals and donations, fix and build enclosures, raise awareness at local events. He helps tirelessly behind the scenes for JWH. So there’s still time to help him reach his target with just £70 left to raise. Show him that we’re all supporting all he does for Wildlife!

Please help John reach his target to fundraise for the rescue, rehabilitation and release of the birds in our care like Lovey Dovey! John will be abseiling from the top of the Spinnaker tower this Saturday 18th April. Lovey the dove was found in a ditch by the side of a road, were people passed him by for dead. He was a baby dove, unable to fend or feed for himself. It takes on average £10 a day to care for an orphaned bird like Lovey who might be in our care for a number of weeks and months so please sponsor John and help us save more lives like Lovey’s and his feathered friends.

Paul is running the Brighton to Hove 10k this Sunday in aid of Joanna Wildlife. Please support him and his chosen patient Buzz with a sponsorship on the link below. It cost around £50 a day to care for Buzz after he was hit by a lorry and needed lots of medical care. Thank you to Ben’s Records, Guildford, for sponsoring his lovely running vest!
