I've heard a few people are concerned that I have closed, just wanted to reassure everyone I have not closed down my landlord is just doing some repairs in the shop for me, I will be back open on wednesday morning. ☺️

My shop is now closed until Friday the 8th of May.

I'm having some well deserved time away with my family 😊 any messages or calls will be answered when I re open.

🐾 POLITE NOTICE 🐾

Please read carefully as this does not include all customers, this is for new customers that are repeat no shows this does not include my regular customers.

This is something that I hoped I wouldn't have to introduce but as this has happened to me twice now it feels like I need to. If you are a new customer and fail to attend your appointment without contacting me first but have a genuine reason I will always try and give the benefit of the doubt and I will make you another appointment which will always be my next available slot as I like to think I am always fair with every customer I have a family of my own which includes small children so I know how easily appointments can slip your mind. But if you then fail to show up to the re scheduled appointment without letting me know I will then require a 50% deposit before I re book your dog in with me.
