Hello everyone! I’m so excited to finally introduce No More Mats 🤍

I’m a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) with years of experience caring for cats and other small animals. Throughout my career, I’ve seen first-hand how uncomfortable and stressful matting can be, which inspired me to create a calm, gentle grooming service where your pet’s welfare always comes first.

Whether your cat needs help with painful mats, a full groom, a hygiene clip, nail trim, ear clean or simply regular coat maintenance, every appointment is tailored to your pet’s individual needs with patience, kindness and as little stress as possible.

🚨 A LITTLE REMINDER… 🚨

I’m a small business owner with bills to pay, and lately my good nature has been taken advantage of. I’m honestly sick to death of it, so it stops now.

My time has value so please act accordingly.

⏰ 48 HOURS’ NOTICE is required to cancel or reschedule.

Less than 48 hours = full fee 💷
No-show = full fee 💷

Genuine emergencies will always be understood ❤️ but repeated cancellations and no-shows won’t be tolerated.

In addition to the above, from now on, I will be enforcing that payment must be made BEFORE your dog is taken home. If you want to pay cash, i will look after your dog while you go and get cash from Tesco, if you want to pay by bank transfer, just do it in your car while you wait for me to bring your dog out! 😚

Unpaid fees = no more bookings. Persistent non-payment or payments left outstanding for services received may be pursued through small claims.

I don’t even want to calculate how much of my income I’ve lost this year because people have messed me around. 😵‍💫

Most of you are brilliant and I genuinely appreciate you respecting my time and the work I put into your dogs. ❤️

But for those who continue to take the mick....

My patience has left the building. 💩
