🐾Dear Customers,
This coming week is going to be very hot, I kindly ask that you take extra care when bringing your dogs to their grooming appointments.
Please avoid walking them to the salon.
Your dog's health and wellbeing will always be my top priority and unfortunately I will not be able to fulfil a groom if a dog comes in with any signs of them being too hot as it can become very serious very quickly.
Please be reassured that the salon is fully air-conditioned, providing a cool and comfortable environment for all dogs throughout their groom, with fresh water always available.
However, if you feel the weather conditions make it unsafe or uncomfortable for your dog to travel or you can not get to the salon in a car, please let me know as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
