Had a little visit to Fork Handles Louth today as I knew that is where I could find Sapo Casa and I wasn’t disappointed.
Lovely fragrances, gorgeous little displays and now looking forward to giving it a go. Although it is too pretty to use.

Hoof Ice Cream Cone Ingredients:
● Empty cow hoof
● Whole goats milk or full fat Greek yogurt
● Any variety of black or red berries (try to avoid strawberries because of sugar content)
● Palm oil free peanut butter
● Super greens

Ingredients for super greens:
● 2 heads of broccoli
● 1 bag of spinach
● 1 bag of kale or spring green cabbage
● tsp ground black peppper (aids joint support)
● 50ml apple cider vinegar (aids joint support)

Method for super greens:
● Place all ingredients in a large pan with 300ml of water.
● Bring to the boil & simmer until broccoli is soft not mushy
● Allow to cool before blending
● Put into ice cube trays or other freezable tubs & set to freeze
