This year I have been walking dogs professionally for 7 years. I have been told 'I am just a dog walker' or that 'anyone can do my job', on many occasions. ( I am sure I am not the only one) In a way, I used these comments to push myself and be the most qualified walker I could be, until I became a dog trainer, tutor and writer in the industry. Truth is, I still love walking dogs. I love to see how they are doing and see their smiles. No matter what you are going through, they bring so much light into your day and you can't help but smile with them.

Despite the intense competition of dog walking businesses, not everyone can do our job because not everyone cares about dogs the way that we do. When they are sick, we worry about them. When we don't see them, we miss them. When they pass away, we grieve as if they were our own. We love each and everyone of the dogs in our care and making them smile is the best job ever.

As the evening sessions seem quite popular (& the meadow looks beautiful as the sun sets) we have extended our opening hours to 9pm so our customers can enjoy a twilight stroll 🌾
